Payment Options
For your shopping convenience, Precious Baby Rooms accept Visa and MasterCard. All orders are billed at time of shipping except for personalized or custom items, which will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase. Be sure the name and the billing address on the credit card matches exactly with the name and the bill-to address on the order form. We will need to verify this information before processing your order. We will need the cardholder's name, credit card number, expiration date, and e-mail address.

Shipping
Many of our items are shipped directly from the designer or manufacturer. Most items are ordered directly from the manufacturers and can typically take 4-10 weeks to receive depending on the manufacturers shipping times, which are displayed on the main page of each item. Our standard shipping is via United Parcel Services, Fed Ex, and United Postal Service, all which generally take 3-7 days. Certain orders may take longer depending if the items are in stock, but are not guaranteed. We also offer trucking delivery service for our local customers. We ship all packages Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

Returns
Precious Baby Rooms offers a 14-day return policy for nonpersonalized items in the original condition, tags still attached, and the original packaging. Shipping is not refundable. On personalized items and custom ordered items, these are not returnable. Custom orders are made to order, and are customized and made especially for you. Cancellations must be made within 3 days of placing your order, because once the custom item has been cut or designed, they can not be reused or re-sold. On all custom orders, payment in full is required when you place your order. Made-to-order merchandise is not returnable and are final sales. These include custom cribs, children's bedding, all handpainted furniture, cribs, monogrammed signs, all upholstered chairs, custom window treatments, and all children's rugs.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged to residents of the state of California in the United States.
